• Shape hiring standards and interview frameworks.

🎯 Requirements

• 10+ years in talent acquisition with leadership exp.
• Experience in scaling tech/deep-tech env.
• AI in recruiting, sourcing, screening, analytics.
• Structured interviewing, capacity planning, enablement.
• GDPR knowledge and German employment law awareness.
• Fluent in English; German a plus.
