📋 Description

• Own the transactional and compliance backbone of the employee experience
• Support HQ and multiple sites across several states
• Manage onboarding, offboarding, and HRIS changes
• Ensure multi-state employment compliance and evidence-ready records
• Lead audit readiness and reporting for HR data
• Collaborate with Payroll, Benefits, Recruiting, IT, Finance, Legal

🎯 Requirements

• 4+ years in People/HR Operations with end-to-end ownership
• Hands-on HRIS experience (Workday, UKG, ADP, Paylocity, BambooHR)
• Direct I-9 verification and recordkeeping
• Multi-state US employment administration
• Strong Excel/Sheets skills (lookups, pivots)
• Discretion with comp, leaves, and separation data
