📋 Description

• In collaboration with managers, build a positive employee environment that emphasizes Intuitive’s
• Provide day to day support to HRBLs to support large groups while providing the right level of
• Actively partner with People Services team to successfully deliver on cyclical processes and
• Act as a liaison between client groups and the employee relations and people services teams to
• Service as connection point to COEs to customize solutions and programs, as needed, to meet
• Act as project lead for delivery of recurring HR services and core process (e.g., P&C process

🎯 Requirements

• 8+ years of experience in Human Resources working in a Commercial environment
• 8+ years of experience in Human Resources in a client-facing role
• 8+ years of experience in an HR and/or COE role – working knowledge required to apply COE
• 5+ years of experience working in a global and distributed work environment
• Experience working in a shared service environment, preferred
• Experience with project management
