• Attending debriefs with hiring teams to evaluate candidates

• 2+ years of technical recruiting in a fast-paced environment
• Strong business acumen and partnership with teams on various roles
• Experience sourcing industry experts and unique engagement methods
• Ability to interview engineers on a technical level
• Willingness to learn basic technical fundamentals of positions
• Strong relationships with hiring managers and candidates
