🎯 Requirements

• 3+ years’ experience in talent acquisition, preferably within technology, fintech, or high-growth
• Demonstrated success filling commercial and business-critical roles
• Proven ability to manage multiple searches and projects simultaneously in a fast-paced setting
• Strong stakeholder management and influencing skills; adept at building partnerships with hiring
• Experience with modern sourcing techniques, ATS platforms, and recruitment analytics
