Recruitment Relationship Manager II

📋 Description

• Lead successful fulfilment of open vacancies with hiring managers
• Coordinate with offshore RSSs and RCs; coach/mentor support staff
• Drive best practices across the recruitment lifecycle; embody the AGS brand
• Manage requisitions and ensure compliance with client processes
• Provide consultative, strategic talent advice to stakeholders

🎯 Requirements

• 4+ years end-to-end recruitment experience
• Behavioral interview experience across multiple roles
• MSA/SOW understanding; ATS experience
• Strong analytics and ability to translate data into actions
• Excellent communication; ability to influence without authority
• Bachelor’s degree preferred
