📋 Description Provide 1:1 coaching to Mento members via the Mento Platform and Tools Participate in ongoing training to improve coaching abilities Communicate with members via Mento email or Mento App between sessions Share coaching tools and insights to strengthen our practices Act with kindness, respect, and empathy as a Mento ambassador 🎯 Requirements 20+ years as General Counsel/Chief Legal Officer or senior legal exec in tech Experience coaching individuals; coaching cert a plus but not required Want to turn leadership skills into coaching skills Passionate about helping people advance in the workplace Self-aware with high emotional intelligence; safe space for vulnerability Ready to commit 12+ hours/month for 24+ months 🎁 Benefits Contract role with hourly pay and bonuses Fully remote; candidates based in North America or Europe Minimum 3-5 hours per week; 24-month commitment Completion of Mento's ICF-certified coach training Rolling basis: offers based on immediate client demand
