Clinic Nurse, RN

📋 Description

• Care for participants in WelbeHealth clinic and support day center triage
• Check vital signs and perform point-of-care testing
• Administer medications within RN scope
• Provide wound care and IV therapy as needed
• Assist Medical Assistants with procedures when required
• Educate participants and families on disease processes and self-care

🎯 Requirements

• Graduate of an accredited nursing program; BSN preferred
• Unencumbered RN license
• Reliable transportation
• CPR and First Aid certification within 180 days of hire (preferred on hire)
