📋 Description

• Remote, customer-focused role supporting DSNP Medicare members.
• Conduct consultative telesales to educate, enroll, and guide through benefits.
• Explain DSNP options, Medicare/Medicaid eligibility, and coverage implications.
• Guide members through enrollment with accuracy, empathy, and service-first approach.
• Collaborate with supervisors and teams; maintain scheduling and performance standards.
• Engage in training, coaching, and ongoing development during the season.

🎯 Requirements

• Active Health or Health & Life insurance license required.
• At least 1 year of Medicare experience; DSNP familiarity preferred.
• Telesales or contact center experience is a plus.
• Strong verbal communication, active listening, and ability to explain complex concepts clearly.
• Service-oriented, empathetic, and able to build trust in conversations.
• Comfort with multiple software platforms and solid tech skills.
