📋 Description
- Provide one-to-one behavioral intervention for children with neurodevelopmental differences using
- Support families and collaborate with BCBA/BT leadership to design and deliver care plans.
- Engage in 1:1 and group sessions, implementing evidence-based strategies.
- Document progress and treatment data to inform goals and treatment adaptation.
- Adhere to Cortica’s crisis protocols, de-escalation, and mandated reporting when needed.
🎯 Requirements
- Experience working with children (autism experience a plus).
- Willingness to obtain BCAT credential within 90 days (training provided).
- High school diploma or higher; bachelor’s preferred for growth opportunities.
- Ability to travel between client sites within a 30–40 minute radius with reliable transportation.
- Tech-savvy with EMR systems and Microsoft Office.
- Collaborative, strength-based approach and strong communication with families.
