📋 Description

• Headway enables payer strategy and operations to drive AI-forward commercial workflows.
• Own KPI dashboards, competitive intelligence, and reporting cycles for payer partnerships.
• Lead enablement infrastructure powering a fast-moving payer org.
• Role reports to the leader of Payer Commercial Strategy & Operations.
• Hybrid remote role with base in New York area, supporting nationwide work.

🎯 Requirements

• 2–4 years in strategy/management consulting or similar strategy & ops roles.
• Strong operational discipline with ability to manage many moving pieces.
• Fluent with AI tools, skeptical of outputs; able to pressure-test results.
• Resourceful, scrappy, and willing to own outcomes end-to-end.
