📋 Description

• Provide integrated support to patients and physicians with a hands-on approach to total quality
• Plan and manage the pharmacy in compliance with legal/regulatory parameters and as a profitable
• Lead a high-quality, service-oriented pharmacy team and supervise staff with HR processes.
• Develop and implement clinical management programs, adherence initiatives, and cost-effective

🎯 Requirements

• Doctor of Pharmacy (PharmD) or BS in Pharmacy and active Pharmacist licensure in Massachusetts.
• 1+ years as a retail and/or clinical pharmacy manager; 5+ years preferred.
• Strong leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills; ability to manage compliance and
• Proficiency with computerized systems and pharmacy software; knowledge of Rx30 a plus.
• Ability to develop, plan, and implement short/long term goals; experience with staff development
