Clinical Trial Manager (CTM)

📋 Description

• Lead day-to-day operational execution and oversight of trials.
• Develop and maintain study timelines, milestones, plans.
• Coordinate CROs, vendors, sites, and partners.
• Monitor progress, identify risks, mitigate delays.
• Ensure activities comply with ICH-GCP, regs, SOPs.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams (Ops, Regulatory, Medical, Data, Pharmacovigilance

🎯 Requirements

• Bachelor's in Life Sciences, Pharmacy, Nursing, Medicine, or related field.
• At least 3 years in clinical research, incl. CTM/Operations.
• Experience managing trials in pharma/CRO/related orgs.
• Strong knowledge of ICH-GCP and regulatory requirements.
• Experience coordinating CROs, vendors, sites, cross-functional teams.
• Strong PM, organizational, analytical, problem-solving skills.
