- Lead scientific strategy and content development for oncology medical communications programs.
- Partner with senior scientific leaders and clients to translate complex data into accurate
- Provide project leadership, editorial oversight, and client collaboration across multiple formats
- Mentor junior scientific team members and coordinate internal/external contributors.
- Ensure scientific rigor, compliance with professional standards, and adherence to timelines.
- Overlap with cross-functional teams to manage multiple projects with high quality deliverables.
🎯 Requirements
- Advanced degree in a scientific or medical discipline.
- 5+ years in medical communications with proven experience in promotional medical education content.
- Experience creating/overseeing advisory board programs, speaker programs, slide decks, and other
- Oncology experience required, especially solid tumors and lung cancers.
- Strong ability to analyze and communicate complex scientific/clinical data.
- Excellent organizational and project management skills; ability to meet tight deadlines.
