• Follow a written plan of care by a registered nurse to provide personal care and companionship.
• Support clients with activities of daily living to help them stay safe at home.

🎯 Requirements

• Previous home health care or patient care experience welcomed, but training provided.
• Passion for caregiving and helping others.
• Commitment to present, high-quality care with empathy and respect.
• Ability to travel to clients’ homes as required.
• Flexibility to work full-time or part-time with various schedules.
• Ability to follow plans, communicate effectively, and maintain professionalism.
