Home Health Aide

📋 Description

• Provide personal care and companionship per written plan of care by a registered nurse
• Assist with daily living activities and household support
• Support activities of daily living and independent living at home
• Travel to clients’ homes to deliver one-on-one care as assigned
• Support with activities such as bathing, grooming, meal prep, and transfers
• Contribute to a great employee experience and reliable care teams

🎯 Requirements

• Previous home health care or patient care experience welcomed; training provided
• Passion for caregiving, empathy, patience, and respect
• Reliability and ability to follow a written plan of care
• Able to travel to clients’ homes
