📋 Description
- Full-time home health admissions RN serving adult patients in Kent County
- Integral member of a multidisciplinary team providing rehabilitative and skilled nursing care at
- Visits to clients in designated geographic territories as part of care plan execution
🎯 Requirements
- A current DE Registered Nurse license
- Minimum of one year of recent clinical (medical/surgical) experience
- Prior home care experience preferred but not required
- Graduation from accredited nursing program; evidence via transcript/diploma
- Ability to work independently and manage time effectively
- Strong interpersonal skills and solid EMR/computer skills
