Client Services Manager

📋 Description

• Provide superior customer service and quality home care
• Coordinate client services and scheduling issues
• Manage caseload and proactively grow it
• Build relationships with clients, referral sources, payors, and community
• Develop strong relationships with the care team
• Monitor caseload metrics and fiscal management

🎯 Requirements

• Bachelor degree is required
• Prior medical office or home care experience preferred
• Prior supervisory experience a plus
• Record of increased responsibility and goal achievement
• Aspiration to grow beyond current position
• Strong computer skills, including electronic medical record
