- Support federal healthcare engagements with program planning, implementation, and transformation
- Collaborate with clinical and non-clinical stakeholders to design solutions
- Assess current-state and map future-state processes
- Conduct industry research to identify leading practices
- Analyze gaps and propose improvement recommendations
- Develop high-visibility consulting deliverables and client materials
🎯 Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree with 8+ yrs or Master’s with 6+ yrs relevant exp
- Experience in consulting, healthcare gov entities, or large healthcare systems
- Proven use of change management, process improvement, and research methods
- Ability to translate complex info for diverse audiences
- Strong writing, presentation, facilitation, and comms skills
- Advanced MS Office proficiency (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Teams, SharePoint)
