- Serve as the first contact for families seeking ABA services
- Explain intake and enrollment progress to parents
- Follow up with families to advance intake
- Collect documents and intake information from parents
- Assist families with completing intake paperwork
- Coordinate with internal teams to start services

- Strong follow-through and attention to detail
