📋 Description

• Weekend RN visits in home health, Start of Care/Admissions
• Travel throughout the office coverage area
• Provide skilled nursing and rehab care at patient homes
• Perform head-to-toe assessments and identify changes
• Triage and manage urgent clinical situations
• Medication reconciliation, teaching, safety monitoring

🎯 Requirements

• Current RN license in good standing in Arizona
• Graduate from accredited nursing program
• At least 1 year of adult/geriatric clinical experience
