Registered Nurse, RN- Hospice, Full time

📋 Description

• Make home visits to clients in designated geographic territories.
• Administer medications, perform wound care, treatments and comfort care as assigned.
• Monitor client conditions and report changes to the Clinical or Client Services Manager.
• Follow up with, execute, and document doctors' orders properly.
• Perform client assessments as necessary.
• Occasional on-call after hours and/or weekends.

🎯 Requirements

• A current NH RN license.
• Minimum of one year of recent, verifiable clinical experience.
• Home care or hospice experience preferred but not required.
• Solid computer skills; EMR experience preferred.
• Ability to travel to cases as assigned.
