Weekend Start of Care Registered Nurse, Home Health Visits

📋 Description

• Per Diem weekend start of care RN for home health visits
• Locations: Cecil County, MD; visits in Forest Hill area
• Shifts Saturdays and/or Sundays 8:30am-5pm
• Focus on 1:1 patient care and flexible scheduling
• Travel to designated geographic territories for visits

🎯 Requirements

• Current MD Registered Nurse license
• Minimum 1 year clinical (medical/surgical) experience
• Home health experience preferred; not required
• Medicare OASIS and HCHB experience preferred
• Strong computer/EMR skills; ability to document on tablet
• Ability to travel to cases as assigned
