📋 Description

• Primary contact for HCPs and patients on access challenges
• Subject matter expert in insurance, prior authorizations, funding options
• Explain patients' medical/pharmacy benefits and financial assistance
• Enable access team productivity via insurance intelligence
• Document information in systems and communicate results clearly

🎯 Requirements

• High school diploma or GED; degree preferred
• 2-4 years in healthcare/reimbursement; call center or pharmacy a plus
• Strong knowledge of commercial/government insurance, prior authorizations, appeals
• Medicare Part D, Medicaid, private payers, and pharmacy/medical benefits
• Team leadership, multi-tasking, and accurate documentation skills
• Proficient in Microsoft Office; able to learn new systems
