Direct Support Professional (DSP)

📋 Description

• Provide direct support to individuals with IDD, including behavioral support needs.
• Assist with activities of daily living, household tasks, meals, shopping, budgeting, and
• Maintain a clean, safe living environment and promote independence.
• Support ISPs and document progress accordingly.
• Observe, report changes to supervisors, and transport to activities as needed.
• Complete accurate electronic documentation per requirements.

🎯 Requirements

• Minimum of 18 years of age
• Valid driver’s license and proof of auto insurance
• Basic computer skills for documentation
• English literacy: read, write, and communicate
• Willingness to assist with ADLs
• Physical: stand/walk; lift up to 50 lbs
