📋 Description

• Care for a 28-year-old male with spinal cord injury in home setting
• Attend to activities of daily living and home management tasks
• Provide light housekeeping, bathing, grooming, toileting, ROM exercises
• Assist with transfers and use of mechanical lifting devices
• Monitor vital signs and assist with medication administration
• Support patient with ambulation and daily routines

🎯 Requirements

• Minimum one year work experience OR current HHA or CNA license
• Licensed Home Health Aide (HHA) or Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA)
