New Grad Occupational Therapist, Full Time, Home Health

📋 Description

• Provide 1:1 home health OT care in patients’ homes
• Perform evaluations of function, endurance, and ADL/IADL
• Assess cognitive, motor, and psychological aspects of performance
• Develop and adjust individualized OT care plans
• Educate patients and families on rehabilitative care
• Document observations and interventions using EMR and tablets

🎯 Requirements

• Missouri Occupational Therapist license
• Graduation from accredited OT program
• Ability to work independently and manage time
• Strong interpersonal and organizational skills
• Prior home health preferred but not required; training provided
• Ability to travel locally to cases as assigned
