• Visit clients in their homes across Joplin, MO area
• Provide PT evaluation and treatment for injuries, illness, or surgery
• Develop and adjust individualized care plans
• Educate clients and families on rehabilitation activities
• Document observations and interventions with a touch-pad device

• Active PT license
• Open to new grads with interest in home health
• Willingness to travel locally
