Physical Therapist, Full Time, Home Health

📋 Description

• Visit clients in their homes in Springfield, MO area for PT care
• Provide 1:1 direct care to patients in home settings
• Perform assessments of mobility, gait, strength, balance, and safety
• Develop and adjust individualized care plans with manual therapy and exercises
• Document observations and interventions using a digital tablet

🎯 Requirements

• Active and current PT license
• One year of clinical experience preferred
• Home health experience welcome but not required; training provided
• Ability to travel locally to assigned cases
