📋 Description

• Transition Team RN delivering care at home in Philadelphia, PA
• Partner with CHOP; care for infants, children, and adults with complex diseases
• Provide high-quality clinical care and train ongoing BAYADA care teams
• Overnights and day shifts available; weekends included

🎯 Requirements

• Current RN license
• NICU, PICU, ICU, or home care trach/vent experience required
• CPR certification
• Ability to educate and support ongoing BAYADA care team
• Ability to travel throughout Philadelphia County
• Commitment to an ongoing, consistent schedule
