📋 Description

• Conduct 40–60 outbound calls daily to hospitals, rehab centers, nursing facilities, and other
• Identify decision-makers (discharge planners, social workers, case managers).
• Introduce care services clearly and build positive relationships with healthcare contacts.
• Pre-qualify referrals using questions on discharge timing, care needs, service frequency, and
• Assess if patients may need 24/7, live-in, or part-time home care.
• Schedule qualified introductions and in-person appointments with U.S.-based Healthcare Liaison.

🎯 Requirements

• Clear, professional spoken English with neutral accent preferred.
• Strong telephone skills and etiquette.
• 1–3 years of relevant experience; healthcare exp is a plus.
• Comfortable outbound calls to U.S. medical orgs.
• Confident communication with healthcare pros and decision-makers.
• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
