What we are looking for:
- A Provider who is Passionate about our Mission and Recognition of the impact on the Healthcare Industry
- Comfort working independently as well as with the Mindful team
- Comfort operating in a fast-moving, high-growth environment
- Experience diagnosing and treating patients with ADHD
Role:
- Conduct ADHD Evaluations
- On-Going Patient Management
Requirements:
- PMHNP
- Board Certified
- Applicable Valid DEA / License
- Computer Proficiency
- Excellent Written and Verbal communication skills
