📋 Description
- Lead and evaluate clinical simulation scenarios in lab environment to enhance caregiver readiness
- Educate and mentor field staff; support ongoing clinical education and performance improvement.
- Plan and execute hands-on clinical simulations; assess outcomes and adjust as needed.
- Partner with Adult Nursing Office to ensure alignment with professional standards and BAYADA values.

🎯 Requirements
- Current RN license in good standing
- BSN/MSN preferred
- Minimum two years of staff development or nursing education experience
- Experience with performance improvement plans, orientation, chart review, and utilization reporting
- Strong assessment and organizational skills; capable of independent, diverse responsibilities
- Aspiring to grow and advance beyond current position
