📋 Description
- Clinical support expert for aligners supporting doctors and teams.
- Handle complex clinical inquiries with escalation to cross-functional teams.
- Coordinate booked calls and advise on practice-level issues.
- Act as liaison between doctors and the lab to translate feedback into orders.
- Lead QA reviews and coach new hires to uphold standards.
- Drive clinical process improvements and maintain knowledge resources.
🎯 Requirements
- Minimum 5+ years in a high-volume lab setting (digital dental labs a plus).
- Minimum 3+ years in 3Shape CAD/CAM digital design in aligners.
- Strong knowledge of Removables, implants, crowns & bridges, with digital components.
- Customer-facing experience in a lab or dental org.
- Excellent communication and ability to convey clinical feedback clearly.
- Training & coaching experience; SME capability for mentoring.
