📋 Description

• Per Diem Weekend RN to join home health senior living team
• Provide skilled nursing and rehabilitative care to clients to remain at home
• Cover senior living office territory: Dauphin, Cumberland, York, Lancaster, Adams, Franklin Counties

🎯 Requirements

• Active nursing license in good standing (Pennsylvania)
• 1+ year current or recent adult/geriatric clinical experience in acute care, ED, home health
• Home health experience required
• Strong assessment, clinical decision-making, and documentation skills
