📋 Description

• Provide home health aide, skilled nursing and rehab services to clients at home.
• Work as part of a multidisciplinary team to support staying at home.
• Flexible schedules and 1:1 patient care when possible.
• Must have reliable transportation in the service area.

🎯 Requirements

• At least 1 year of work experience.
• Must be listed on the Pennsylvania Nurse Aide Registry, active and in good standing.
• Able to read, write and communicate in English.
• Pass the BAYADA Competency Evaluation Examination.
• Criminal background check completed; meet all state requirements.
