• Provide strategic nursing leadership across a multi-country hospital network, mentoring and
• Champion patient safety and quality by establishing nursing best practices and standardizing care.
• Strengthen the nursing workforce through leadership coaching and succession planning.
• Drive operational excellence by improving workflows, staffing strategies, and patient flow.
• Lead initiatives in leadership development, training, quality assurance, EMR utilization, data
• Support EMR/EHR implementation with strong end-user engagement and reliable clinical data.

🎯 Requirements

• Master’s degree in Nursing, Nursing Administration, Healthcare Administration, or related field
• Minimum 10 years of progressive nursing experience; at least 5 years in senior leadership, network
• Proven international leadership experience in cross-cultural/resource-limited healthcare
• RN with active, unrestricted license; eligibility for licensure in assignment country.
• Hands-on EMR/EHR implementation leadership; nursing informatics experience.
• Fluency in English; French desirable. Doctorate (DNP/PhD) preferred.
