🎯 Requirements

• Graduate of an accredited Physical Therapist Assistant program
• Active PTA license or eligibility in Georgia (PTA license requirement listed in postings)
• 1+ years preferred; strong new-grad support and structured onboarding
• Ability to deliver hands-on, evidence-based care and track patient progress
• Excellent communication with patients, providers, and clinical team
• Eligibility for Upstream mentorship and professional development
