• Follow a written plan of care by a registered nurse
• Provide personal care and companionship to clients
• Support daily living activities and homemaker services
• Assist with activities of daily living to help adults stay safe at home

• Previous home health care welcomed but not required; training provided
• Passion for caregiving and helping others
• Commitment to being present and delivering quality care

• Ability to travel to clients’ homes as assigned
