📋 Description

• Provide individualized care to clients with I/DD in homes and communities
• Help individuals build life skills and independence
• Support ongoing personal goals and positive relationships
• Requires at least 1 year of verifiable I/DD experience
• Locations include multiple DE counties and surrounding areas

🎯 Requirements

• 1 year of verifiable experience with I/DD
• Compassionate, patient and responsible
• Ability to work independently in the community
• Current DSP role or equivalent preferred
• High school diploma or equivalent
