Physical Therapy Assistant

📋 Description

• Provide PTA care in patients’ homes in Burlington/Camden counties.
• Carry out treatments, tests, education, and interventions as delegated by a PT.
• Review and revise the care plan with the nursing team as needed.

🎯 Requirements

• Current NJ licensure/certification.
• Two-year AA/AS in PTA from an approved program.
• Two years PTA experience; proficiency exam completed if applicable.
• At least one year PTA work under a PT supervision.
• Home health experience welcome; training provided.
