CNA/Caregiver/Home Health Aide/PCA

📋 Description

• Provide compassion, reliability, and one-on-one support to patients in home care.
• Assist with activities of daily living (ADLs) and instrumental tasks.
• Support with light housekeeping, grooming, bathing, dressing, and meal prep.
• Monitor vital signs and offer basic health monitoring and safety checks.
• Assist with mobility, transfers, ROM exercises, and use of lifting devices.
• Deliver care across multiple roles (CNA/HHA/DSP/PCA) in local areas (KC, MO and surrounding).

🎯 Requirements

• Experience as a CNA/HHA/DSP/PCA or caregiver is preferred.
• Compassionate, reliable, and able to work with clients one-on-one at home.
• Ability to perform ADLs and home management tasks; willingness to learn and adapt.
• Availability for flexible hours and potential PRN/part-time shifts.
• Friendly communication and teamwork with care staff and clients.
• Must meet state licensing requirements and employer policies.
