Registered Nurse, RN - Home Health

📋 Description

• Provide skilled nursing care in patients' homes as part of BAYADA Home Health Care teams.
• Conduct comprehensive head-to-toe assessments and identify changes in patient conditions.
• Deliver acute and post-acute care (CHF, COPD, wound care, IV therapy, post-surgical care).
• Triage and manage urgent clinical situations within the home setting.
• Perform medication reconciliation, teaching, and safety monitoring.
• Complete wound assessment, care, and documentation.

🎯 Requirements

• Massachusetts RN license in good standing.
• Graduation from accredited nursing program with transcript/diploma.
• At least one year of current hands-on experience with adult/geriatric populations in healthcare
