Bi-Weekly Live In Direct Support Professional

📋 Description

• Provide direct support and hands-on instruction to individuals with I/DD
• Assist with activities of daily living, mobility, and transfers
• Prepare meals and snacks; perform light housekeeping and laundry
• Support health, safety, and personal goals in their home environment
• Use positive behavior supports and de-escalate when needed

🎯 Requirements

• Valid driver's license
• Ability to live in the home for 7 days
• Be 18+ years old
• High School Diploma or GED
• 1 year caregiving experience preferred
• Good communication skills for documentation and collaboration

🎁 Benefits

• Wage: $17.50/hour; Full Range $17.50-$19.50
• Schedule: 7 days on/7 days off
