Speech Language Pathologist, SLP, Home Health Visits

📋 Description

• Make home visits to clients in designated territories.
• Evaluate and treat speech, language, or swallowing issues.
• Develop treatment plans based on evaluations and orders.
• Update care plans with BAYADA clinicians as needed.
• Educate patients and families on rehab activities for independence.
• Document observations and interventions using a touch pad tablet.

🎯 Requirements

• A current OH license as Speech Language Pathologist.
• CCC-SLP from ASHA, or equivalent requirements for certification.
• Work toward ASHA certification if not yet eligible to test.
• Complete education requirements and supervised experience for certification.
• Solid computer skills; EMR experience preferred.
