📋 Description Lead business analysis for large healthcare transformation initiatives involving clinical systems Gather, analyze, validate, and document business and technical requirements via interviews Conduct business process analysis, gap analyses, impact analysis, and support solution design Develop use cases, user stories, workflows, functional specs, and technical requirements. Identify impacted applications, dependencies, integration points, and downstream system impacts. Collaborate with physicians, nurses, allied health professionals, pharmacy, lab, imaging 🎯 Requirements Bachelor’s degree in CS, Business Admin, Healthcare, or related field, or equivalent experience. 5+ years leading business analysis in large healthcare and/or government transformation projects.
