📋 Description Lead regulatory compliance and quality improvement across WelbeHealth markets in a PACE environment. Coordinate corrective action plans (CAPs) and preventive measures after audits, complaints, and Facilitate root cause analyses (RCA) with cross-functional partners and translate RCA outcomes into Collaborate with QODs, EDs, and MDs to address regulatory findings at the market level. Monitor CAP progress, generate leadership reports, and ensure sustainable quality improvements. 🎯 Requirements Bachelor’s degree required; Master’s preferred. Located in Los Angeles County for travel to Minimum 3 years in healthcare quality improvement/assurance or related eldercare programs with Experience with process improvement methodologies (e.g., PDSA, Lean, Six Sigma) and healthcare Proficient with data analysis tools and software (e.g., Smartsheet, Power BI) and electronic Strong cross-functional collaboration and project leadership skills. 🎁 Benefits Medical, dental, and vision insurance.
