FOLX Clinician NP (per diem/hourly)

📋 Description Provide clinical care to members via telehealth platform focusing on LGBTQIA+ needs. Deliver services including hormone therapy, reproductive health, primary care and mental health Clinic visits are synchronous (audio/visual) or asynchronous (lab results, questions). Time set aside for case discussions and clinical training. 🎯 Requirements Multiple active state NP licenses (GA, CA, TX, PA, NJ, OH, NC, NY, IL preferred). Compact RN license ideal but not required. Active Federal DEA license in state(s) of practice. Active Controlled Substance Registration/licensure if required. Master’s degree or equivalent.
