Occupational Therapist

📋 Description Provide remote occupational therapy sessions/evaluations for a diverse pediatric population Diagnose and develop care plans using Expressable’s clinical tools and platform Deliver outcomes-focused care with an emphasis on caregiver engagement Complete all documentation accurately and on time Participate in required training and team communication Provide coverage for PTO and sick leave to ensure care continuity 🎯 Requirements Master’s or Doctorate degree in Occupational Therapy (MOT, OTD, or equivalent) and individual NPI Licensed in a key state (or willingness to obtain prior to start date) Reliable internet connection and comfort with teletherapy platforms Minimum 2 years of post-graduate experience in pediatric settings Strong computer literacy and ability to learn new systems independently Familiarity with insurance-based or Medicaid populations 🎁 Benefits 100% remote work W2 employment Competitive hourly compensation: $40-$54/hour Part-time scheduling with flexible hours Company-provided hardware and dedicated support teams Growth opportunities and access to CEUs and resources
