Direct Support Professional / Caregiver

📋 Description Provide direct support, instruction, and assistance to individuals with disabilities. Help residents live as independently and with dignity. Offer positive direction and ensure a safe, healthy environment. Assist with daily living tasks and personal care as needed. De-escalate challenging behaviors and implement positive supports. Varied daily experiences; training provided where needed. 🎯 Requirements Minimum 18 years old; high school diploma/GED preferred. Person-centered, patient, kind, and team-focused. Dependable, adaptable, and detail oriented. Good reading, writing, and communication skills for documentation. Valid Driver's License (and vehicle/insurance may be required).
